Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Replacement
Glowatom offers refunds or replacements ONLY in the following cases:

You received an incorrect product

You received a damaged product

You received an expired product

You received an empty package
No other reasons for return, refund, or replacement will be entertained.
Return & Replacement Request Process

If you receive a wrong, damaged, expired product, or an empty package, please email us at support@glowatom.com

Requests must be made within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery

Your email must include relevant documentary proof, such as:

Clear images of the product

Images of outer packaging

Relevant order confirmation or communication emails

Requests received after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances
Empty or Weightless Package Policy

If you receive a package that appears empty or without weight, you must record a clear video while unboxing the package

The unboxing video is mandatory for verification and must be shared with us along with your return request
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled by contacting our support team
Review & Reverse Pickup Process

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your return or replacement request

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner

The product will be picked up directly from your doorstep
Refund Processing

After we receive the returned product, our service team will inspect it

If the issue reported by you is verified, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours

Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment
